This template works great for creating customdome cups. These will fit 16oz and other cups similar to size. This template is a svg file that can be resized for smaller cups.

Open up your new SVG template in any cutting machine software such as a cricut, cameo, silhoette (etc) and create new designs as often as you'd like.
These templates can be printed on 12 x12 or smaller cardstock paper. Paper choice is a personal preference.
